Jeff Hardy Reportedly Filmed 'Ultimate Deletion' Segment Prior to DWI Arrest

Hardy Boys Wrestle Mania 33 Hardys- Matt Hardy

Jeff Hardy, one of pro-wrestling's top performers for decades, was arrested for driving while impaired on Saturday.

WWE superstar Jeff Hardy was arrested for driving while impaired after he crashed his auto in North Carolina on Saturday, and police say he was heavily intoxicated at the time of the accident.

Hardy was driving northbound on the Concord Parkway Saturday when he ran off road and hit 105 feet of guardrail before spinning out on control, according to the arrest report obtained by CBS Sports. The accident report stated that Hardy struck a guardrail with his 2016 Cadillac CTS-V sedan. His next court date is scheduled for April 16.

"Jeff Hardy is responsible for his own personal actions", WWE told TMZ. At this time, no charges have been filed against Hardy. Presumably, this occurrence will scupper any immediate plans to rush the younger Hardy boy back on TV.

In the interim while Jeff has been sidelined, his real-life brother and tag team partner Matt Hardy has undergone a character shift, revealing his "Woken" persona, a version of the character he previously created as part of the immensely popular "Broken Universe" while a member of Impact Wrestling. That arrest came at his home in Cameron, and a search of the site turned up 262 Vicodin pills, 180 Soma pills, about half a liter of an unspecified anabolic steroid, a residual amount of powder cocaine and drug paraphernalia, reported the News and Observer at the time.
