- Boston small forward Jaylen Brown left the Celtics' game Thursday night at Minnesota after landing hard on his back following a dunk late in the third quarter.
Al Horford immediately rushed over and made sure Brown stayed down until help arrived. Laying motionless on the court for three minutes before a stretcher was brought out, Brown was ultimately able to get back to his feet and walk off the Minnesota floor under his own power, and with an acknowledgement to the crowd in attendance.
Brown, who walked off the court on his own, later left the arena to undergo a CT scan before rejoining the Celtics for the trip to the airport.
A number of National Basketball Association players watching on TV took to Twitter to express their concern for Brown and relief that he was able to walk off the court.
Russell Westbrook had 27 points, eight rebounds and nine assists as the Thunder crushed the Suns, 115-87.
National Basketball Association team Toronto Raptors have successfully secured a spot at the post-season playoffs with their win against the Detroit Pistons last Wednesday night, March 7, at the Little Caesars Arena with a close game that went into overtime.
The Celtics consistently generated quality shots on the offense, with crisp ball movement and a dose of ridiculous shot making from Kyrie Irving. It's just their hands get slippery or guys are just underneath them and scary falls happen like that.
