Today's Gruden Grinder goes to JON GRUDEN'S AGENT- who's reportedly landing a $100 MILLION contract for Chucky to coach the Raiders

ESPN is reporting the Oakland Raiders are calling a news conference for Tuesday at which time they will introduce Jon Gruden as the team's next head coach.

Yes, that infamous Tuck Game, in which the Patriots defeated the Raiders 16-13.

The 54-year-old Gruden spent four seasons as Oakland's head coach from 1998 through 2001 before getting traded to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He has not coached since his seventh and final season with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2008. After leading the Raiders to 8-8 records his first two years, Gruden helped the team reach the AFC title game following the 2000 season and got Oakland back into the playoffs the following season. Overall, Gruden is 95-81 in 11 seasons. It is believed that he will bring in well regarded Cincinnati Bengals defensive coordinator Paul Guenther to run his defense. Both the league and the Fritz Pollard Alliance, the diversity group that works closely with the NFL on its minority hiring practices, say the Raiders complied with the rule.

Gruden, who was hired by ESPN in 2009, reportedly already has made some key hires to his coaching staff.

Per ESPN's Jim Trotter, the Raiders complied by interviewing tight ends coach Bobby Johnson and "an unidentified college coach" earlier this week.

The former and future coach of the Raiders will receive a 10-year deal that will pay him about $10 million per year.
