Britain's Prince Harry interviews former President Barack Obama as part of his guest editorship of BBC Radio 4's

Prince Harry and Barack Obama have renewed their star-studded friendship in an interview for BBC radio 4's Today program.

In a sneak preview uploaded earlier today (December 17), the former U.S. President joked around before the iconic interview.

In this handout photo issued by Kensington Palace, Prince Harry, left, poses with former U.S. President Barack Obama following a meeting at Kensington Palace on May 27, 2017, in London.

Harry told his interviewee that if he used long pauses between answers he would probably get "the face".

Near the end of the clip, Harry admits to feeling a few pre-show jitters, telling Mr Obama: "You're excited about this".

The high-profile interview will be broadcast on December 27.

'Do I need a British accent?' @BarackObama is interviewed by Prince Harry for his guest edit of @BBCr4today.

"I don't wanna see that face", former President Obama added as the Prince demonstrated the face.

"I don't want to see that face", Mr Obama replied after the Prince displayed an exaggerated stern face.

"No no, let's keep it this way", Harry says.

The conversation includes his memories of the day he left office and his hopes for his post-presidential life, including his plans to focus on cultivating the next generation of leadership through the Obama Foundation.

Kensington Palace released a video of Obama and the prince joking around prior to the discussion. Are you looking forward to Prince Harry's and Meghan Markle's wedding? We wish you a lifetime of joy and happiness together.
